How a project runs

Four steps from first conversation to live system, so you know what happens next and what it will cost.

  1. Discovery call

    A free 30-minute call to understand the problem, the people involved and what a good result looks like.

  2. Scoped proposal

    A written scope with a fixed price or day rate, so your finance team knows the cost before work starts.

  3. Build and pilot

    We build in stages and pilot with the staff who will use it, adjusting as we go.

  4. Handover and support

    Training for the people using it, and support once it is live.
