Staff Behaviour Dashboard
A behaviour and pastoral system built into a school's SharePoint intranet, with automatic alerts and Power BI dashboards.
The challenge
The school wanted staff to log out-of-lesson incidents, headteacher detentions, exits and isolation quickly, inside the SharePoint intranet they already used. Pastoral leads needed to know as soon as a student crossed a threshold, and leadership wanted a deeper view of patterns over time.
What we built
- Quick-entry incident logging built into the school intranet
- Power Automate tracking of every event, with alerts when a student crosses a threshold
- Power Apps galleries showing any student's full picture at a glance
- Power BI dashboards for leadership
The result
Staff log an incident in seconds, alerts fire automatically, and leaders have a single place to see behaviour trends across the school.
